We are an association that represents those employers that are participating in the Pacific Australia Labour Mobility (PALM) scheme. We are passionate about providing a united voice to discuss operational and policy issues with stakeholders including key industry groups in Australia and the Pacific Islands and we’re also an active voice in lobbying the Federal Government to implement changes and improvements.

PALM Scheme
The Pacific Australia Labour Mobility (PALM) scheme allows eligible Australian businesses to hire workers from 9 Pacific islands and Timor-Leste when there are not enough local workers available.
